After logging in for the first time, you'll want to change the password that was assigned to your account for security reasons.
To reset your password:
- Log into PayHQ. If your account is locked and you are unable to log in,try resetting your password.
- Click on the name in the top right corner and select “My Profile” from the menu.
- Select “Edit” to replace the current password with your new password. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters, and include an upper and lower case letter, a special character, and a number.
- Click "Update".
Your new password is now saved, and you can use it to log into PayHQ on the web or your mobile device.
