Sometimes, you need to refund a previously completed transaction. In order to do so, you'll need to know the amount of the refund and have the credit card physically present.
To complete a refund:
- Press the button next to Refund [F3].
- Enter the manager’s password.
- Enter the amount of the refund and press the green OK key.
- Swipe or insert the card into the pinpad and hand to customer.
- Your customer will verify the refund and enter their PIN before handing the pin-pad back.
- Press the green OK button to complete the transaction and print the receipts.
